Ensuring customer satisifaction is top priority at BAS. The technical support Help Desk is available Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM PST to assist you with any questions or issues that may arise. The Help Desk is also available around the clock to address emergency situations.
The BAS FTP site is a convenient place to find manufacturers' product documentation, detailed drawings, and other helpful information. The site can also be used to transfer files to us at the main office. Please contact The Help Desk for login information.
